The Youth Aviation Scholarship Fund (YASF) as established by the Washington Pilots Association is a 501(C) (3) foundation dedicated to the future of aviation. The WPA recognizes the future of aviation is with our youth. It is time to get serious about offering a hand up to those young students of aviation and help them achieve their goals and dreams.   1. Individuals may contribute up to $5,000 to Washington Pilots Association Youth Aviation Scholarship Fund per calendar year.
  2. Personal and corporate contributions are accepted.
  3. Federal law requires Washington Pilots Association Youth Aviation Scholarship Fund to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of individuals contributing more than $200 in a calendar year.
